A csabai kolbászfesztivál Magyarország egyik legnagyobb és legnépszerűbb gasztronómiai rendezvénye, amit a híres hungarikum és Európai Unió által is védett csabai kolbászra alapozva rendeznek meg Békéscsabán, 2006 óta egy időben zajlik ugyanitt a Borvígadalom is.
