Das Montreux Jazz Festival ist ein jährlich im Juli stattfindendes Musikfestival in Montreux am Genfersee in der Schweiz. Das von Claude Nobs 1967 gegründete Festival öffnete sich bald vielen anderen Musikstilen und wurde zu einem der renommiertesten der Welt. 2013 wurde der Nachlass zum Montreux Jazz Festival in das Weltdokumentenerbe-Register der Unesco aufgenommen.
