פסטיבל סמילנסקי הוא פסטיבל דרומי לתרבות ואמנות שנתי המתקיים ברחובות העיר העתיקה של באר-שבע. הפסטיבל התקיים לראשונה בשנת 2006 כיוזמה עצמאית מחתרתית של קבוצת אמנים ויזמי תרבות אשר רצו לייצר מציאות תרבותית חדשה בדרום על ידי מתן חשיפה ומקום להצגת יצירות אמנות ותרבות מקוריות עצמאיות בפינות רחוב סמילנסקי הוותיק בעיר העתיקה בבאר שבע.
