פסטיבל קול המוסיקה בגליל העליון הוא פסטיבל של מוזיקה קאמרית הנערך מדי שנה, מאז שנת 1985, בכפר בלום שבגליל העליון. את הפסטיבל ייסדה הפסנתרנית עדית צבי, שהייתה עורכת תוכניות מוזיקה קלאסית ומפיקה בתחנת הרדיו קול המוסיקה ברשות השידור. עדית צבי הייתה המנהלת האמנותית של הפסטיבל בעשר השנים הראשונות לקיומו.
