Il Concerto del Primo Maggio è un festival musicale che dal 1990 è organizzato annualmente in occasione della Festa dei lavoratori in piazza San Giovanni in Laterano a Roma dai tre sindacati confederati italiani: CGIL, CISL e UIL. L'evento è chiamato anche Concertone per via della sua durata, avendo inizio nel pomeriggio e terminando a tarda notte.
