Molodist ist ein internationales Filmfestival in der ukrainischen Hauptstadt Kiew. Es findet jährlich in der letzten Oktoberwoche statt. Der FIAPF zufolge gilt das Festival als eines der bedeutendsten Branchentreffen der Ukraine und in Osteuropa. Das Molodist International Film Festival, so der offizielle Name, wurde von der Stiftung „Molodist“ gegründet. Seit 1992 ist Andrij Chalpachtschi der Generaldirektor des Festivals, mit ihm wurde der Erfolg des Festivals in den letzten Jahren verbunden.
