Das KlangArt-Festival war ein internationales Musikfestival in Osnabrück (Niedersachsen). Es fand als Biennale von 1991 bis 2001 an mehreren Tagen jeweils im Mai oder Juni statt und wurde von der Stadt Osnabrück in vertraglicher Kooperation mit der Universität Osnabrück veranstaltet. Die Gesamtveranstaltung bestand aus dem eigentlichen Festival mit Konzertveranstaltungen, dem wissenschaftlichen Kongress Neue Musiktechnologie an der Universität und der Fachausstellung MusiTec.
