Blues nad Bobrem – festiwal bluesowy, który powstał w 1990 roku w Bolesławcu. Przez lata odbywało się tu od kilku do kilkanastu imprez muzycznych, które stanowiły część festiwalową, zaś głównym punktem Bluesa nad Bobrem od 1992 roku były warsztaty w zakresie nauki gry na gitarze elektrycznej, akustycznej i basowej, a także na perkusji, harmonijce ustnej, instrumentach klawiszowych, saksofonie oraz warsztaty wokalne, realizacji dźwięku i fotografii.
