Das First Annual Detroit Rock and Roll Revival war ein Rockfestival, das am 30. und 31. Mai 1969 auf den Michigan State Fairgrounds in Detroit stattfand. Die Zahl der Besucher wird auf 25.000 bis 30.000 geschätzt. Es trat eine Mischung aus lokalen und überregional bekannten Bands und Interpreten auf. Zu den Top-Acts zählten Johnny Winter, MC5, The Stooges, Dr. John und Chuck Berry.
