Die Expo 98 war eine vom Bureau International des Expositions anerkannte Weltausstellung, die vom 22. Mai bis zum 30. September 1998 in Lissabon (Portugal) stattfand. Die Weltausstellung, die erste in Portugal und die vierte auf der Iberischen Halbinsel, stand unter dem Motto Os oceanos: um património para o futuro, zu Deutsch „Die Ozeane: Ein Erbe für die Zukunft“. Heute wird das populäre Ausstellungsgelände unter dem Namen Parque das Nações vermarktet.
