世界・食の祭典（せかいしょくのさいてん）は、1988年6月3日から10月30日にかけて、北海道札幌市で開かれた地方博覧会。バブル景気まっただ中の開催で大幅な赤字決算となり北海道の財政を圧迫した。1980年代末の地方博覧会ブームに開催された博覧会で「最悪の失敗」とされ、失敗の代表例として扱われる。
